Embellishing a simple knitted item with embroidery adds so much to it! Bring a hand-knit or purchased knitted item to which you'd like to add some flair and we will show you the basics of how it's done. We will provide the water-soluble fabric that you'll use to create your design, as well as some yarns to try embroidering with. If you have specific yarn or floss you'd like to use for your work, please bring it. You'll also need to bring or purchase an embroidery needle and an embroidery hoop if you prefer to use one. If you have a design in mind that you want to bring or can print out, bring that as well. There are lots of great designs and inspiration in the Embroidery on Knits book.
